Shipping Policies

Shipping Rates

Rates my vary at retail locations. Results are estimated by UPS. Additional charges may apply. If you have any additional questions please contact 1-800-PICK-UPS or visit the USPS website http://www.usps.com.

Shipping times may vary from each company. Please allow us 1-3 days for processing and handling. In general most packages will be delivered in 2-6 business days. There are circumstances where we could receive expected shipments late and at that time your order could be delayed. Unfortunately, that is out of our control and we will do our best to help with the situation. However, we will not cancel your order because of it.

*Our customer shipping days are now select Mondays, always Wednesday and Friday every week excluding holidays.*

Minimum shipping rate is $5.00 on all orders. No exceptions at any time, so please don't ask for free shipping unless you have a coupon or you have spent $100.00 or more. The coupon code to use is "freeusps". Do not include the quotes when entering the coupon code.

Processing and handling fees are calculated by weight, product and time it takes to process. There is no set fee, but at no time is it more than $5.00, unless it is a large or special item.

When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Thank you.

Large items or heavy items

Free shipping will not be honored for longboards or XT Wheelz due to the item being oversized and heavy. There is too much packaging materials involved to make sure the item is not damaged in transit. If you have any questions about this please contact our Customer Support.

International Shipping

We only ship to Canada here at TNTRide.

For international orders we prefer to ship by using USPS Priority Mail International, however we do offer UPS Standard to Canada. USPS Priority Mail International tends to be more reliable than UPS, so we do recommend that service before others. We also offer FEDEX ground upon special request. If and when you would like to make an international purchase please send us an email so that we may figure out shipping rates in advance to expedite the order process. We are not responsible for any tariffs and or charges of any kind from your country.

Shipping rates and times may vary for international orders, but most will be delivered 6-10 days after you place an order. If you have any other questions about international shipping please feel free to contact our Customer Support.

If your package is shipped internationally and the recipient at the ship to address refuses delivery you will not be refunded or reimbursed for any charges you incur. There are no exceptions to this rule due to the time and effort we put into packaging and shipping your order.

If shipped from one of our International Suppliers shipping times will be different and you will be notified of those times via email from Customer Support.

Pre-order Information

Often times the availability of new products, or specially manufactured products is varied. To compensate for these variations or delays, We at TNTRide will often do a pre-order. By committing to a pre-order you will be paying the full price up front in order to reserve your product. As soon as we get the product from the manufacturer we will ship your order out. We do not cancel pre-orders as you have committed to that purchase per our store policy agreement on checkout. Not all products will be listed pre-order on their respective product page, however it is listed on their main and sub-category. If you do decide to cancel you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. You are charged that fee because you agreed to your order upon checkout when you select you have read and understand our policies. We hold the product for you and pay shipping for the product, by you canceling it is an inconvenience to our shop. If you do not agree with this policy, we ask that you please shop at another store.

**There are no cancellations of pre-orders for XT Wheelz Skateboard Wheels. Please do not request it or email us about it. If items are pre-order only and you must wait until they are in stock to receive them.**

**There are no cancellations of pre-orders for longboard decks at any time. These items require a lot of work and time for packaging and preparation.**

There are no guaranteed dates of when a pre-ordered item will ship. Sometimes it could take longer than expected. Please be patient during this period and understand we will update you as we get updates from the manufacturers.



Returns and Refunds

If, and only if, the order package is visibly damaged when UPS/USPS delivers should you refuse delivery. Contact us and we will fulfill your order subject to stock availability once we receive your return. In a case we are unable to fulfill your order, your money will be completely refunded.

If you refuse UPS or USPS delivery for any other reason you will automatically be charged a 15% restocking fee.

If you order a product and then decide to cancel before it has been shipped you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Customer Support will determine special circumstances on a case by case basis.

Once a product has been shipped you cannot cancel your order under any circumstance. You must wait to receive your package and then contact Customer Support. At that time they will determine if you can return and receive a refund. If the item is as described and you are still not happy and cancel you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Upon receipt of your order, please examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order, please contact us. All products must be returned in new condition within 14 days of purchase.

Footwear items must be returned in their original box and all tags must be attached. The same goes for any apparel items.

No returns on Skimboards and Bodyboards listed with the message that the "color and graphics may vary from the product shown in stock."

No returns on Longboards. All sales on longboards are final. Our only exception to this rule is if the deck is noticeably damaged, in which case you are to contact the main manufacturer.

No returns on helmets because they look different in the picture. Images are given to us from the Manufacturer or Supplier. If for a special case we accept a return there will be a 15% restocking fee and you will be refunded the remainder of the balance.

Coupons and Benefits

You may only use one benefit at a time on any order that you place in our store. So, if you use a TNTRide coupon we will honor your coupon, however FREE USPS shipping will not be honored. FREE USPS shipping will only be honored if you did not use a TNTRide coupon. We will let you choose which offer benefits you the most.
